"Refund showed up, but later than promised"
I did get my refund in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as they made it sound. They said it would be sorted sooner, and I ended up checking my bank over and over because nothing was showing up. It wasn’t a huge disaster, just frustrating when you’re told one thing and then have to wait longer. Giving 3 stars because it was eventually handled, but they really need to be more realistic about timing

"Comfortable enough for everyday use"
I’ve been wearing these pretty much daily and they’re really comfortable. They rubbed a little on the first day, which made me wonder if they were going to be one of those pairs that seem comfy at first just to trick you, but after that they settled in fine. No real complaints.

"Not breathable at all for me"
I bought a pair from swims.com thinking they’d be nice for warmer days, but I don’t know why, my feet started getting sweaty quickly.
The material just feels kind of closed in, and even after a short walk they got uncomfortable. Once I got home, I just wanted to take them off right away.

They look fine, so no complaints there, but the breathability was disappointing for me. For the price, I expected them to feel a lot better.

"Popular for a reason, but frustrating"
I was trying to grab this in two different sizes, and both were already sold out. I get that good stuff goes quickly, and maybe that says something about how popular it is, but the restock took too long for me to wait around. Kind of disappointing because I was ready to buy.

"Pretty solid on rainy days"
I got a pair from swims mostly for when it’s raining, and they’ve been good so far. The grip is probably the best part — I don’t feel like I’m about to slip on wet sidewalks or slick tile, which was the main thing I cared about. The fit was fine too, no real issues there. I’m taking off one star because they were a little stiff the first few times I wore them, though maybe they just needed breaking in. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Sizing is seriously off"
I was really hoping this would work out, but the fit was just not right at all. Like, I checked the size and thought it would be fine, nope. It was terrible. i went from excited to annoyed fast

"Shipping was kind of a letdown"
I ordered from swims.com and the delivery process was frustrating, honestly. The tracking didn’t really update much, and the package showed up a lot later than I expected. I ended up having to contact support myself to figure out what was going on. I’m not saying the whole thing is terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get the shipping situation sorted...

"Navy color was almost exactly right"
I ordered the swim shoes in navy and spent probably too long comparing them to the product photos when they arrived. The color is close overall, maybe just a tiny shade darker in person, especially in indoor lighting, but nothing that bothered me. The navy still looks nice and clean. I’m happy with them overall.

"Solid packaging, maybe even a bit unnecessary"
My order showed up packed really well, and everything was clean and in perfect shape. the extra packaging felt a little unnecessary, but I’d rather have that than something arrive damaged. Overall, happy with it.

My order came in the exact size and color I picked, with no weird mix-ups or surprises. It even matched the confirmation email perfectly, which sounds ridiculous to be impressed by, but it was nice. Super simple process and I’m happy with it.

"Really solid loafers"
I’ve been wearing these loafers for a while now, and I’m impressed. The quality feels sturdy, and they still look almost brand new. For me, they were definitely a good buy.

"Problem got fixed, but support felt slow"
I had an issue with my order from swims.com and getting help was more frustrating than I expected. I sent a few messages before I got a clear answer, and some of the replies felt like robots answering emails instead of someone actually reading what I wrote.

To be fair, they did eventually sort it out and I got my refund, so I’m glad it was resolved. But the whole process dragged on longer than it should have, and I spent too much time wondering what was going on...

"The return process was annoying..."
The return process was annoying. It took way too long, and there were just too many little steps, like filling out the form, waiting for the label, checking for updates, and then still wondering when the refund would actually show up. I’ve returned things from other places where it’s quick and simple, like print the label, drop it off, done, but this felt dragged out for no real reason.

"Works fine, just a little clunky"
I mean, the site was easy to get around for the most part, so that was nice, but a few pages took longer to load than I expected and it kind of threw me off. The filters were also a bit awkward to use, like I had to fiddle with them more than I wanted to. Checkout did work in the end and I didn’t have any major issues, but overall it just didn’t feel as smooth as it could’ve been

"The wait was the main thing I noticed"
I ordered a pair of shoes, all I could focus on was how long the shipping took. The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and getting annoyed. The shoes were fine, but the slow delivery kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if shipping is usually like this

"Exchange was fine, just a bit slow"
I had to exchange my shoes for a different size, and it did get sorted in the end. The replies were a little slow though, and I had to follow up once. Maybe they were just busy or I caught them at a bad time, I’m not totally sure. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Fit was mostly fine"
It runs a little tight on me, but it’s still wearable. I think sizing up might help if you’re between sizes, but overall it’s not a huge issue.

"I thought it looked nice when I first..."
I thought it looked nice when I first got it, and the design is definitely decent. After using it a bit, though, I realized some of the styles feel a little too plain for my personal taste. It’s not bad at all, just not quite my style
